Petitioner is accused in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 302 and 504 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there are two first information reports for the same occurrence and contents of both the first information reports are different. Further submission is that petitioner is a member of mob and he is in custody since 07.05.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
