This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No.536 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of one stolen motorcycle at the instance of the petitioner and the petitioner is accused in two other cases also. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that that he has been falsely implicated in this case, he is in custody since 16.7.2017 and the cases have been lodged one after another that shows that the police has some ulterior motive behind that.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.53197 of 2018 (3) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, at this stage, However, once the charge is framed, the petitioner shall be released on bail in connection Forbesganj P.S.Case nO.536 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the court concerned itself.
