Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 354, 420 and other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 66( C ), 67, 67(A) of the I.T. Act.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner took nude photographs of the informant and made it viral in order to blackmail her.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case and in fact this petitioner and informant were in love relationship. It is submitted that whats app group was created by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51937 of 2021(5) dt.24-02-2022 2/2 co-accused, Sajid Khan. The informant has already been married with Md. Azhar on 28.02.2021. Petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2021 and investigation in this case is complete. Learned counsel appearing for the State and the informant opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he took nude photographs of the informant and made the same viral on social media.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Bihiya PS case No.121/2021.
