JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within one year of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands and disposing of the dead body. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of torture is omnibus and general against the entire in-law's family. The thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim who is in custody.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim and the petitioner being lady, let the above
