The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i) (ii) (x) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act registered in connection with G.R. No. 465/13 arising out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 66 of 2013.

4. Having regard to the statutory bar of section 18 of the S.C./S.T. Act, the present petition is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed.
