The petitioner seeks regular bail in Raxaul P.S. Case No.232 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 20, 22, 23 and 24 of the narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act. Prayer for bail of the petitioner has already been rejected by this Court vide Annexure -1.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that report of F.S.L. has not been received uptill now. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, and prayer has already been rejected and I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order, as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46527 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 such, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, it is opened to the petitioner that, if any positive report of F.S.L. is not submitted, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the court below.
