Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No.151 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 429, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that there is general and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51975 of 2021(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is submitted that the petitioners are only the members of the mob. It is also submitted that similarly situated other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.48305 of 2021. It is further submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph3 of the bail application. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Taking into consideration the fact that similarly situated other co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S.
