The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 354(A), 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim made allegation that when she had gone to call of nature, Gonu Rajak caught her and started molesting her but on alarm many people came there and released her. Later on the petitioners came and they assaulted the informant and his brother causing injury to them.

It is submitted that prior to the occurrence, from the side of the petitioners a case was filed against family members of

It appears that there is no allegation of molestation against the petitioners. Petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the brother of the informant after the occurrence. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
