Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of murder was instituted on the fardbeyan of local Chaukidar against unknown. Later on in the confessional statement of co-accused, name of the petitioner transpired. Thereafter, the petitioner was arrested and she also confessed before the police.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no evidence against the petitioner and the petitioner is a lady. There is no eye witness of the occurrence.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48849 of 2017 (3) dt.02-01-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nauthatta Police Station Case No.48 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
