The petitioner seeks bail in Majorganj P.S. Case No. 137 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

133.200 litres of Nepali Saufi liquor has been recovered from a tempo and this petitioner was one of the occupants of the said tempo.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of vehicle in question. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 14.09.2020. Investigation is complete.
