JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ----------- 02-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Surajgarha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No.96 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 383 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 19.05.2016 at about 02.00 P.M., the petitioners alongwith others reached and started construction on the land of the informant. When the informant made protest, they assaulted the informant causing blood oozing injury on the left side of his head.

No.36581 of 2016 (2) dt.02-09-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute, the occurrence took place in which the family members of the petitioners also sustained injuries regarding which, on the basis of the written report of Ramrati Devi, Suryagarha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No.97 of 2016 against the informant of this case and others was instituted. Moreover, two injuries, as found on the person of the informant, are said to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Surajgarha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No.96 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
