JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2018 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the time bound promotion has been given to one Parmeshwar Lal, as per recommendation made in the meeting held on 7.5.1997, as has been admitted in the counter affidavit filed by the respondents.
In view of the aforesaid, the impugned order dated 24.3.2006 passed by the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara is quashed and the matter is remanded back to the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara to grant relief to the petitioner in terms of the benefit, which has been granted to the said Parmeshwar Lal, if admissible in law.
