Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition in view of the fact that for similar relief, she has already filed a detailed representation before the District Programme Officer, Kaimur, which is pending for consideration for more than 10 years.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Kaimur to dispose of the representation of the petitioner after calling for the service
