The petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2016 in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 563 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report but has been arrested and thereafter, he was made to confess his guilt. He is languishing in jail for more than one year.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
