The petitioners seek extension of time for surrendering in the court below as the time fixed in the order dated 3.8.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.29744 of 2015 has since lapsed.

It is submitted that due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the petitioners could not surrender within the period fixed therein.

Having perused the modification application, I am satisfied that sufficient ground has been made out. The period of two weeks for surrender of the petitioners as fixed in the aforesaid order dated 3.8.2015 shall

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45757 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 run from today.

The modification application stands allowed to the above extent only.
