JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 05-09-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered, on amongst others, under section 307 IPC. Considering the allegation and other material reflected from the records, his prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected by order dated 03.11.2015 (Annexure-1). It is stated that a settlement has been arrived at outside the Court.

Be that as it may, on going through the materials on record, I am not satisfied that a case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. The prayer is rejected.
