Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 406, 420, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is the matter of civil dispute arises from the business transaction
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38940 of 2020(3) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 and this fact is corroborated from paragraph 55 and 56 of the case diary. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM - I, Barh in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 17/20, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Jagdish/- U T
