No. 25217 of 2017 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 01.07.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to sheer inadvertence on the part of the Advocate's Clerk, there was one day's delay in compliance of the order of this Court in furnishing the requisites which were required to be filed on 10.07.2017 but the same could be filed on 11.07.2017. It is submitted that the lapses was bona fide.

3. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 25217 of 2017 is restored to its original file.
