Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 326A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. The specific allegation is against co-accused Ranjeet Paswan. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

Case No. 117 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
