The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504, 120(B) and 34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioners informs the Court that during the pendency of this application, the petitioners have already surrendered and as such the present application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of as infructuous.
