1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 385 of 2022 registered under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioners are cousin father-in-law and cousin mother-inlaw of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. 4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 385 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
