The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 419, 420, 466, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner being Halka Karamchari made wrong report and recommended for mutation of the name of Jitendra Singh and Binod Singh. It is submitted that the petitioner made report according to the entries borne out from the records and recommended for action to be taken in accordance with law. It is submitted that Binod Singh also filed Mutation Case No. 1698/2009-10.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that the petitioner acted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50585 of 2015 (3) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 in accordance with law for mutation, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 133/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
