JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 12.5.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Arms License Case No. 08 of 2019.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty, however, with a further direction that in case the appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the appeal of the petitioner shall be decided on merits without the concerned authority being impeded by the issue of
