The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/364/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Diary in this case was called for earlier, which has, since been received.
It appears that the main accused Deepu Mishra was taken into custody and he has since been extended the privilege of regular bail by this Court. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, the allegation is that there was some love affairs. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is only a device by the informant to put pressure on the present petitioner to marry his daughter to which the father of the petitioner is not

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the materials which has surfaced in the case diary, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 138/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
