This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Naugachia Police Station Case No. 33 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and no specific overt act is attributed to him. The main allegation of assault is attributed to co-accused Md. Faiyaj. Moreover the charges have been framed in this case and the petitioner is rotting in custody for the last six months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
