The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner being the Headmistress of Middle School, Town Dehri did not return Rs.29,100/- under the dress scheme of the Govt. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has retired on 31.01.2014 and has deposited Rs.29,100/- through two demand drafts. The same have been brought on record as Annexure-3.

No.45107 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri in connection with Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 126 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
