The matter thereafter has been heard on merits. The Learned Single Judge has considered the matter in its right perspective. The engagement of the appellant as an Anganwari Sevika is not a case of permanent appointment under the State. If the authorities have found deficiency, she may have

There cannot be any compulsion to exercise discretion, after consideration of the issue by the subordinate authorities and forums, which led to removal of the petitioner as an Anganwari Sevika. Appeal has no merit, it is dismissed.
