In the controversial circumstances as well as conflicting positions, emerging with regard to the appointment of the petitioner, this Court cannot give any direction for payment of salary to the petitioner till proper procedure is followed and name of the petitioner is recommended to the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board and approved by the State Government for release of salary.

No direction can be issued in favour of the petitioner at this juncture.
