The basic prayer for grant of 1st and 2nd A.C.P. has already been acceded to, as is evident from the counter affidavit, filed on behalf of the respondents.

The stand of the counsel for the petitioner is that the benefit has not accrued as the original service-book of the petitioner is missing. The respondents as well as the petitioner is directed to locate the service book, or, if not located, the same be reconstructed by the respondents.

Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
