For the Petitioner/s : Mr. N.K.Agrawal, Sr.Adv. Mr. Vijay Anand, Adv.

For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Ram Sumiran Roy, A.P.P. ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2.

01-09-2016 Heard Sri N.K.Agrawal, learned senior counsel, who was assisted by Sri Vijay Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ram Sumiran Roy, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Raniganj P.S. Case No. 142 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 452, 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of arrest or surrender. It was submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that petitioner and informant are co-villager and due to some old enmity, the petitioner was made accused. However, he submits that after lodging F.I.R., some good sense prevailed and party has compromised the dispute.

Be that as it may, keeping in view the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32088 of 2016 (2) dt.01-09-2016 2/2 accusation and the fact that petitioner is sole accused, there is no reason to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
