2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a

Patna High Court CWJC No.9710 of 2026(2) dt.07-07-2026 2/3 application/representation dated 13.11.2024 (Annexure P/4) before the Respondent No. 2, i.e., the Recovery Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna, till date no orders have been passed by the said Recovery Officer. Learned counsel submits that the Respondent No. 2 may be directed to consider the same in accordance with law by fixing a time frame.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-Punjab National Bank submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Respondent No. 2 to consider the said representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to consider the application/representation dated 13.11.2024 (Annexure P/4) made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. It is needless to mention that the authority before passing any order shall put the petitioner as well as any other interested party on notice and grant them an opportunity of opportunity of hearing.

7. With the above directions, the present writ petition
