The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 498(A), 363, 364, 365, 120(B) of the IPC.

The petitioners are alleged to have made demand for motorcycle and jeep in the form of dowry and on nonfulfillment of the same, they kidnapped or killed the daughter of

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Petitioners are the in-laws of the daughter of the informant and there is no specific allegation against them. The husband of the informant's daughter is already in custody. It is submitted that the daughter of the informant used to work in a factory and she developed relation with another person and started living with him. Later on she herself appeared along with her mother before the police. No demand of dowry has been made. From her wedlock, the informant's daughter has three children and all are residing with the grandparents. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
