Having regard to the fact that the opposite parties have already passed a reasoned order by disposing of the representation of the petitioner for regularization of his service, this Court would not find any possibility of initiating proceeding of contempt.

Nonetheless, since the order has been passed by the opposite parties during the pendency of this contempt application, liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate action against the order passed by the University rejecting his claim for regularization of his service in accordance with law. Subject to the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
