This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S.case No.203 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner who happens to be husband of the deceased is of strangulation to the deceased. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that it is suspected that the petitioner has illicit relation with his niece as such she committed suicide and there is no hands of the petitioner.
Heard learned A.P.P. also. From perusal of the record, it appears that the dead body was recovered from the house of the petitioner and the cause of death is due to strangulation.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52378 of 2018 (4) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, as such the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
