2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the petitioner has criminal antecedents and is accused in four prior cases, all of which is of similar nature.

4. In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
