2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons named in the F.I.R. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he is only alleged to have facilitated the occurrence by supplying weapons to accused persons. There is no other accusation against this petitioner.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks

No.42914 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Katihar in connection with Falka (Pothia) P.S.
