The matter was earlier heard on 26.09.2025; having noticed the fact that the application is filed for transfer of Miscellaneous Case No. 139 of 2022 before the learned Court of Principal District Judge, Patna to the learned Court of Principal District Judge, Madhubani on the ground the Award holder/respondent has filed Miscellaneous Case No. 8 of 2022 and Execution Case No. 29 of 2024 before the learned Court of Principal District Judge, Madhubani against the Award dated 21.06.2022, passed in Arbitration Case No. 69 of 2020,

Patna High Court MJC No.2008 of 2025(5) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 this Court has directed the learned Court of Principal District Judge, Madhubani to maintain status quo till the next date of hearing.

3. Mr. Jitendra Kishore Verma, learned Advocate for the opposite party submits at the bar that he has no objection with respect to the prayer made by the learned Advocate for the petitioners.

4. In view of the submissions advanced by the learned Advocate for the respective parties, this Court deems it fit and proper to accede the prayer of the petitioners. Accordingly, let Miscellaneous Case No. 139 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Principal District Judge, Patna be transferred to the court of learned Principal District Judge, Madhubani forthwith.

5. It is expected that after receipt of the records, the learned Principal District Judge, Madhubani shall issue notice to all the concerned parties for further proceedings in the matter.

6. It is made clear that the interim protection granted vide order dated 26.09.2025 stands vacated.
