Petitioner along with Guria Devi was apprehended on the pretext of being members of TPC, an outfit organization. On search, mobile has been recovered.

From para-3, it is evident that petitioner happens to be accused in six other cases. However, considering the nature of the allegation, petitioner, Mithilesh Rai @ Mithilesh Rajbhar @ Mithlesh Rai @ Mithlesh Rajbhar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kabindra Kumar, J.M. 1st Class-Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Rohtas (Amjhore) PS Case No. 45/2017.
