2. The petitioner had approached the 2nd Respondent - Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna with certain grievances and there is inaction. Therefore, the 2nd Respondent is requested to pass suitable order on the petitioner's grievances within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

3. In this case, learned Advocate General, pointed out that invariably wherever Public Interest Litigation is filed, there

4. Registry is hereby directed to take note of the noncompliance of aforementioned provision, and if there is noncompliance in future litigations to be filed by the litigant/s, the concerned scrutiny officials/employees are hereby directed to raise office objection(s) and return the file for compliance of the aforementioned provision of law.

5. With the above observations, the present CWJC No. 10308 of 2025 stands disposed of.
