Public Prosecutor and Sri Kumar Priya Ranjan, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of Opp.Party no.2.
The petitioner, who is named accused in the F.I.R. in Athmalgola P.S. Case No.19 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He submits that there was no independent witness and it has been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31864 of 2016 (2) dt.29-08-2016 2/2 alleged that the petitioner was unauthorisedly using electricity. However, on perusal of the F.I.R., I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
