Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher and is aggrieved by an order of transfer the remedy for her, in the first instance, will be before the competent District Teacher Employment Appellate Tribunal and not before this Court in terms of Rule 18 of the Panchayat Teacher Appointment Rule.

When such an observation has been made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to avail the aforesaid statutory remedy.

This application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
