JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer in this writ application is for a direction to the Police for arrest of the accused persons in connection with Araria SC/ST P.S. Case No. 21 of 2021, but from perusal of Annexure-2 which is a copy of the final form it appears that the accused persons have been granted police bail. Accordingly, the submission is that the present writ application has become infructuous.
