2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 401 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated, being the brothers-in-law and mother-inlaw of the informant in retaliation to the earlier Yahiyapur P.S. Case No. 714 of 2014 instituted by the informant's wife under Section 498(A) and allied sections.
Medical prescriptions are annexed with the F.I.R. are much prior to the alleged date of occurrence.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 401 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
