2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 33, 42 and 52 of the Forest Act registered in connection with Forest Case No. 29 of 2014 arising out of Cr. Report No. 12G dated 25.04.2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as no recovery of firewood and coal has been made from their conscious possession nor the concerned tempo/thela belonged to the petitioners. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Considering however, that there is direct accusation against the petitioners and the petitioner no. 2 was found loading the goods on a tempo and also that the petitioners have been identified, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
