2. With the consent of the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Prayer made in the writ application is for commanding the respondents especially respondent No.2 to conclude the Vigilance Case No. 10B/2022 and to pass a final order at the earliest, which as per the petitioner is pending before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna for the last 3 years.

4. Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the Municipal Commissioner, Patna, Patna to dispose of the Vigilance case No. 10B/2022 within four months from the date of this order.

5. Needless to emphasis that the final order that shall be passed by the Municipal Commissioner, Patna should be reasoned and speaking order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.

7. All pending I.A., if any, shall automatically disposed of accordingly.
