Informant's motorcycle along with other articles kept in a dickey was stolen way by unknown miscreants. It is further evident from the case diary (Paragraph-15) that petitioner along with Md. Rafi and Deepak Kumar Mishra were found in possession of the motorcycle, subject matter of instant case and for that Paharpur P.S. case No.85/2018 has been registered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent save and except aforesaid Paharpur P.S. case No.85/2018.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Satyanarayan Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
