The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 80/20 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/504/506/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant with knife.

However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific allegation of giving knife blow against this petitioner.

In these circumstances, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
