JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Current salary of the petitioner is being paid now by the University since she has been adjusted against a vacant sanctioned post. To that extent, the dispute comes to rest. The petitioner will continue to draw her current salary without any let or hindrance now.

Today, a letter no.22/15 dated 9.1.2015 addressed to the Director, Higher Education, Government of Bihar under the signature of the Registrar of the Magadh University has been produced before this Court, a copy of which has also been handed over to the State counsel.

Patna High Court CWJC No.730 of 2014 (10) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 direction upon the Director, Higher Education, Government of Bihar that he will have to take steps for release of arrears of salary of the present petitioner by taking appropriate decision or approval, if required, within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
