No.2681/13) referable to Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code was registered. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed A.B.P. No.739 of 2013 in the court of the Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur. The same was dismissed on 2.9.2013. Hence, this application. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This Court passed an interim order on 26.11.2013 granting anticipatory bail provisionally to the petitioner. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by this Court, vide order dated 26.11.2013, shall be
