This is repeat application filed on behalf of the petitioner for a direction upon the State respondents for not shifting the primary school from Majhaua Tola, Rupauli to Kataiya Rupali.

A writ petition was filed for the said relief by the petitioner vide C.W.J.C. No. 10283 of 2008 which was permitted to be withdrawn vide order dated 04.11.2010 (Annexure-1). Now, again the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. Considering the previous order passed on the writ petition dated 04.11.2010 wherein no leave was sought and

Patna High Court CWJC No.6900 of 2014 (2) dt.17-10-2016 2/2 granted to the petitioner, for knocking again this Court for the same relief, in my view, the present writ petition is fit to be dismissed.
